Vulnerability and the Child of Divorce

Welcome back to our series on dealing with the emotional impacts of divorce on children. Thus far, we have looked at:

Children of divorce are more vulnerable to a variety of outcomes than their friends from intact families.  They are vulnerable emotionally as they experience new and deeper emotions than they have ever known.  They are vulnerable physically as their chances of falling prey to a predator increase.  And, they are vulnerable spiritually as the wrestle with whether they can ever put their faith in anything or anyone again.

At Divorce Ministry 4 Kids, we have put together the following one page infographic on helping children of divorce deal with vulnerability related to the divorce of their parents (click on the picture below for a full sized pdf version of the pamphlet). Please feel free to share this pamphlet with parents and others who work with children of divorce.
